Are you technically skilled, solution-oriented, and thrive in a varied work environment? Then this might be the job for you! Randstad is assisting NCC in recruiting a process operator for their asphalt plant in Borås, which means you will receive a direct employment with NCC. 

In this position, you will monitor and control asphalt production, ensure the plant operates optimally, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed. You will also handle sampling and analysis and assist customers visiting the plant.

The work is seasonal – from April to December, production runs almost around the clock, while the remaining time focuses on maintenance and improvements of the plant. The role therefore requires flexibility and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks, preferably from the manufacturing industry. You must be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license. It is advantageous if you have a loader operator certificate, experience in welding or mechanical work, and knowledge of hot work.

The position is based in Borås, but there may be occasions where you assist at other facilities in southern Sweden as needed. Working hours vary depending on the season and may include day, evening, and night shifts.

This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date and salary are negotiable.
